These terms apply when you use wybieandco.com or buy from Wybie & Co. LLC. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to them.

OUR PRODUCTS
Our products are supplements for dogs, for animal use only. They are not medicine and are not a substitute for veterinary care. These statements have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Talk to your veterinarian before starting any supplement, especially if your dog is pregnant, nursing, on medication, or has a health condition. Always follow the directions on the label.

INFORMATION ON OUR SITE
Everything on our site is general information, not veterinary advice. We work to keep product details, ingredients and prices accurate, but mistakes can happen. If we find an error in a price or description after you order, we will contact you and give you the option to cancel.

ORDERS AND PRICING
Prices are in U.S. dollars. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund you in full.

PRE-ORDERS
Pre-order products ship by the date shown on the product page and at checkout. You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships. If the ship date changes, we will email you with the new date, and you can choose to wait or cancel for a full refund.

OUR CONTENT
The Wybie & Co. name, logo, illustration of Wybie, photos and text on this site belong to us. Please do not copy or use them without our written permission. If you tag us in photos of your dog, we will always ask before reposting.

LIMITS ON OUR LIABILITY
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a product or our site is limited to the amount you paid for that product, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida.

CHANGES
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Changes do not apply to orders placed before the update.
