WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

PROCESSING TIME
In-stock orders ship within 2 business days. Pre-orders ship by the date shown on the product page and at checkout.

SHIPPING COST
Rates are shown at checkout. Free standard shipping on orders over [$60].

DELIVERY TIME
Standard shipping usually arrives 2 to 6 business days after your order ships. You will get a tracking number by email when it ships.

PRE-ORDER DELAYS
If a pre-order cannot ship by the date we promised, we will email you before that date with the new date. You can choose to wait or cancel for a full refund.

ADDRESS CHANGES
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. To change it, email us within 12 hours of ordering. We will always try to help, but we cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

LOST PACKAGES
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot find it, check with neighbors and your local post office, then email us within 7 days. We will work with the carrier and do our best to make it right.
